"We are concerned with the failing lack in quality of living which the current "bigger is better" design concept has been promoting. We looked at this area and envisioned a solution which gave answers to the many people looking to maintain the intrinsic value of the current neighborhood while enhancing its character and established architecture. These cottages not only give an aging area a much needed revitalization but provide a more modest price point in these trying times. But more importantly, we're able to create a development with the envirnoment in mind as we give careful consideration to an eco-friendly build." |
